Sets the trend

The “Gin Giüst” phenomenon took off at the beginning of the year. Initially perhaps a little muted; a limited edition Christmas present reserved for a few. Then rapidly as a genuine must have for its many devotees. A success waiting to happen perhaps, given that it follows precisely the route forecast by the bartending fraternity, sure of another extraordinary year throughout the entire sector, but one in which gin would be very much at the forefront of spirits most appreciated.
 
Gin Giüst is highly regarded because it&´s original, authentic and that it takes up the reins of a never forgotten past; one in which Valle Spluga families would produce - as artisans - grappa and other spirits, using local botanical specimens. Some would even go on to become brands known worldwide. What makes a newly-launched Chiavenna beverage a natural winner is that very link with the territory, but also its decidedly glamorous label which fits nicely amongst the fashion much appreciated by younger consumers, who particularly enjoy cocktails and low-alcohol drinks. According to "mixologists" who have become pretty enthusiastic, Gin
Giüst lends itself to multiple combinations. Its slightly sweet note due to the use of Chiavenna honey gives it that touch of originality that invariably cries out for an "encore".
