Bikers welcome! In the heart of the Alps, close to the Swiss border and the Spluga Pass, a new destination awaits cyclists: Madesimo, until now only known as a ski resort, but since 2011 has offered a fun bike park as well as the opportunity to explore new trails against an Alpine backdrop of rare beauty.
‘Made-bike’ (madebike.it) is made up of 6 trails of varying levels:
1 - BALLOON
An easy and fun ‘blue’ trail, exciting for beginners and offering rhythm and accuracy for expert riders. Ideal for introducing friends to freeriding.
2 - EASY PIPE
Everyone should enjoy this newly created trail (it’s a must!)
3 - MADE FOR FUN
A more challenging route, which unwinds through natural undergrowth of rare beauty, and in the second half takes a sharp descent along a series of new school turns down to the Lago Azzurro chairlift station.
4 - LARICI
Intermediate trail, which begins with a natural pipe characterised by variable gradients, followed by a more rocky and technical section.
5 - CRESTINO
A semi-natural trail at the beginning, it requires skilled riding to be able to follow its fun curves.
6 - VALLE DELLE STREGHE DH
